Students, parents, colleagues, and community members are encouraged to nominate an educator. Self-nominations are encouraged and accepted.

 

All applicants must have created lessons/programs of their own design or successfully made adaptations from other programs and be able to show evidence of a positive impact as a result of implementation. These activities should teach students to stand up for justice no matter what racial, religious, cultural, or other differences exist.

Winners are selected by a committee of retired educators of excellence.

​

100% of the donations (minus expenses) will go towards the Educator Fund.
